All sales for the event are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including adverse weather conditions.

Should any emergency arise, our onsite Medical team is available for immediate notification. Yet, always bear in mind that camping inherently carries certain risks. Preparedness and prioritizing your own safety is essential.

All registrants are required to accept a Release of Liability upon registration and before participating in the event. This document ensures that you understand and accept the inherent risks associated with camping and outdoor activities. While we prioritize your safety and have put measures in place to create a secure environment, outdoor events can be unpredictable. The release is an acknowledgment of these risks and an agreement to not hold the event organizers or property owners liable for any unforeseen incidents.
